Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices for payments
• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
• Analyzing invoice workflow process
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
• Reading and interpreting daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
• Assisting the accounting team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and financial statements
• Reviewing and resolving issues with financial and operational reports
• Ensuring the account payable team comply with the terms and conditions set out in the contract
• Coordinating monthly and quarterly close processes
• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner
• Developing and maintaining working knowledge of all procedures, policies, and standard operating procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• Have very good command of English and Italian
• Have previous accounting experience – min 1 year
• Have BA / MA Degree (accounting/finance is a plus)
• Have positive attitude in the area of corporate communication, customer oriented attitude
• Are able to work in a multicultural environment, work both as a team member / independently
• Are able to manage time and prioritize, work in a changing environment, work under pressure
• Know MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
• Knowledge of JDE, ISP, Noveo would be an advantage
