About the role

As the Mgr, Mtrls, Plng, SIOP, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely supply of steel and aluminum for the CMX campus. This involves managing material requirements, escalating and expediting urgent orders, and maintaining the CTB dashboard. You will work closely with regional and global supply chain teams to resolve critical material issues, ensuring availability and on-time delivery to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will oversee the allocation of operational personnel, invoice management, part numbers, alternate supplier systems, and deviations across all plants.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Mgr, Mtrls, Plng, SIOP, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing all steel and aluminum requirements for the CMX campus.

• Escalating and expediting urgent orders, coordinating with communication managers, mills, supply chain, and stamping suppliers.

• Maintaining and updating the CTB dashboard for steel and aluminum in CMX.

• Collaborating with regional and global supply chain teams to resolve critical material issues.

• Ensuring material availability and on-time delivery to customers, escalating to senior management when necessary.

• Allocating operational personnel and managing invoices, part numbers, alternate supplier systems, and deviations across all plants.

• Delivering executive presentations to senior management.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Over 5 years of experience in steel supply chain management, materials, or related areas.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical), Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

• Advanced knowledge of SAP and ERP (SAP/LEAN DNA).

• Experience in analyzing open purchase orders.

• Experience in supply chain positions, including purchasing, planning, and logistics.

• Fluent in English (oral and written).

• Experience working with global teams and in executive forums..

• VISA (desirable).
