Position Overview 
As Promotions Operations Manager you will hold full accountability for administering and maintaining all product and promotions related marketing launches. Align cross-functional teams (IT, Supply Chain, Data Analytics and Leader Communications), and ensure every SKU and promotion, lands on time and delivers measurable results. This will include regular reporting on promotions and product updates including sales performance, general product updates, 
reformulations, discontinuations, transitions, and more. 


Core Responsibilities 
• Market Roadmap: Facilitate and maintain the US product/promo roadmap for new, existing, and LTO items; align to market leadership and product owner specifics. 
• Kits: Assist in kit needs including pre-kit and KOF requests. This includes sku set up and updates, webpage requirements, and cross functional team alignment prior to launch. 
• Reporting: Cascade regularly sales performance data to support teams influencing activities and strategy including promotions, LTOs and new product launch success. 
• Launch Execution: Own the promotion calendar in our supply chain management system (POM, %-off, PV, LTOs, flash, BOGOs, convention/holiday). Drive change control and communicate updates to all partners. 
• Systems & Readiness: Manage SKU lifecycle (enable/disable/restrict/BOM Updates) and one-off bundles; coordinate Hybris/DataTrax deliverables; QA pages at launch for pricing/content accuracy and a smooth CX. 
• Inventory & Ops: Monitor and collaborate low-stock/hyper-care items; align warehouse availability and forecasts with launch timelines; escalate risks with mitigation plans. 
• Comms & Governance: Run weekly/monthly operating rhythms; act as the central point for call center, IT, Member Services and other internal groups. 
• Insights & Optimization: Partner with BI/IT on dashboards; analyze performance, sell through, and customer feedback; recommend iterations and next tests.

Qualifications & Experience 
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Product, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 0-2 years of experience.

• Professional experience in product marketing/management or product operations in CPG/wellness/direct selling. 
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and project management. 
• Data-driven with high attention to detail; proficient with Office/Google Suite and BI tools. 
• Familiarity with eCommerce/CMS and direct-selling platforms (e.g., SAP Hybris, DataTrax) preferred. 


Success Metrics 
• On Time delivery for launches/promos 
• Frequent (bi-daily) working week reporting of promotions and launches 
• Promo performance (sell-through, PV lift, margin) 
• Inventory health and forecast accuracy 
• Content/site accuracy and ticket SLA 
• Stakeholder alignment and field satisfaction
