Job Description Summary
The South & East Europe Finance Manager is the strategic partner to business operations responsible for driving growth, profitability, and cash across the South & East Europe heavy duty gas turbines services portfolio. This role will partner closely with the South & East Europe GMs and leverage country-level expertise to assist the commercial and operations teams in planning and driving both commercial and operational actions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Partner with South & East Europe General Managers, Service Directors and Commercial teams to provide inputs for decision making to optimize financial performance both short term and long term
- Provide country or contract specific knowledge to the commercial finance team & customers to evaluate deal economics, risk profiles, and progress deals towards commercial closure
- Seek to optimize financials (Orders, P&L, Cash) and identify potential commercial & operational risks and opportunities within the portfolio and engage with Business Partners to escalate as required
- Leverage business analytics (e.g. as sold vs executed, annual margin review learnings, etc.) to drive the continuous improvement of business performance and inform operations teams of optimization opportunities
- Optimize cash metrics – participate in PSRs as needed, and identify action items to continue driving progress on the metrics
- Maintain oversight of key operational processes such as Advance Release, bank guarantees & outage postponements.
- Partnership with operations team on concession review board discussions and reviews
- Provide commercial support and modeling/pacing guidance during CSA renegotiations, balance risks and rewards across the portfolio. Support during High Risk Review cycles for the portfolio.
- Support the ITR Regional Finance Senior Leader and/or Region CFO in their partnership with the Regional GM on operational decision making
- Work with Service Operations Finance & Commercial finance teams and finalize the operating plans and budgets for their portfolio.
- Partner with FP&A HQ & SOF to support the region during all planning cycles and pacing/punchlist calls
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent international degree
- 5-7+ years of experience in finance or operations function in progressively larger positions of responsibility
