Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the global implementation, standardization, and continuous development of the CAM landscape across our international production sites
  • Planning, coordinating, and providing functional leadership for international CAM rollouts in close collaboration with local production and engineering teams
  • Developing and optimizing NC programming methods, CAM standards, and best practices to increase productivity, quality, process reliability, and automation
  • Developing, customizing, and validating post-processors, as well as integrating new machine tools and manufacturing technologies
  • Conceptual development of the Digital Thread
  • Further development of end-to-end digital processes between engineering, CAM, manufacturing systems, and production
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and implementing new technologies in the fields of CAM, CNC, automation, and artificial intelligence to advance global manufacturing processes
  • Actively contributing to international digitalization and transformation projects

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, PhD, or a comparable qualification

  • Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams

  • Several years of experience in CAD/CAM, NC programming, and CNC technologies

  • Knowledge of TopSolid CAD/CAM and post-processor development is an advantage

  • Knowledge of NC code-based simulation is beneficial (e.g., Vericut)

  • Strong interest in automation, digital manufacturing processes, and emerging technologies

  • Structured working style, high level of initiative, and strong teamwork skills

  • Excellent communication skills in an international environment

  • Willingness to travel and strong German and English language skills
