The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for supporting the business solutions within the Revenue Cycle solutions portfolio, including charge services/revenue integrity, health information management and patient accounting. Supports implementation and provides ongoing support of revenue cycle applications. Is responsible for the development, assessment, and quantification of trends. This will require direct working relationships with management and key staff members, in addition to key members of Revenue Cycle leadership, Finance and The Network.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing charges, payments, adjustments, denials, etc.
  • Developing and implementing improved revenue cycle reporting.
  • Reviewing billing practices to guarantee accurate revenue recognition and invoicing.
  • Analyzing revenue cycle data, performing trend analysis.
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in revenue cycle management.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or statistics - preferred

Critical Skills

  • At least two years' experience as a revenue cycle analyst, or similar.
  • Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$74,900 - $124,800
