You are fascinated by human behavior and dig deep for insights. You are curious by nature and never stop asking questions.

Someone who possesses a talent for transforming great ideas into award-winning creative and has a passion for visual storytelling. We are looking for a creative who enjoys selling their ideas as much as they love crafting them.

What you’ll do:

  • Innovate | Create interactive concepts and campaigns. Develop keen concepts that exceed client objectives and expectations while engaging others.
  • Translate | Capture brand voice in interactive marketing materials including site copy, emails and banner ads. Be the voice for your team.
  • Craft | Manage several projects/campaigns at a time. Oversee conception and writing all forms of online advertising, social marketing, and email.

Who you are:

  • A builder | Innovator with a desire to bring people together. Innate ability to marshal people and create gravity around ideas.
  • Open and collaborative | Our team is close-knit and supportive and we’re working with a lot of unknowns – you must be a champion of team environments that are comfortable and encouraging, especially when working across disciplines.
  • An experimenter | Embrace the unknown and ready to break process. You’ll be excited by opportunities to explore new ideas rather than rely on existing paradigms, and you view technology as a tool that can drive this creativity.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an agency setting
