Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

The person on this role will schedule and monitor inbound movement of materials from suppliers. They will also determine material requirements, coordinate the movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering teams. ERP systems, SAP will be their main working environment. They will also inspect the materials/inventory levels physically.

What you will do:

  • Resources Planning- indirect materials, consumable parts, spare parts  

  • Physical interaction go and see check approach would be necessary to be successful in that role.  

  • The position requires a good understanding of work routines and processes in your own department. 

  • Complete tasks to ensure that the teams and the location as a whole meet all goals and specifications.  

  • Successful transfer of knowledge to others. Improvement of existing and new programs and process flows. 

  • Indirect Material Planning and control, Inventory Management, Introducing prospective suppliers 

  • Create purchase requisition via SAP for indirect material suppliers in a timely manner, make sure the receipt of materials is aligned to the correct inventory stock level. 

  • Follow up on materials in transit, confirming the invoice according to the corresponding purchase order to ensure timely arrival and avoid shortages in production and planned maintenance. 

  • Analyze, define, and implement optimal inventory levels and reorder point in SAP to avoid excess of inventory and align cost goals for indirect materials. 

  • ERP system data maintenance and system development support,  

  • Provides unconstraint MRP-based Supply Plans to Buyers and Operational-Schedulers and collaborates with them on constraining and finalizing Supply Plans 

  • Inventory management incl. E&O 

  • Inventory projections 

  • ERP set up (ex. min, max, container quantities or any critical supply chain data) 

  • KPI reporting  

Who we are looking for: 

  • Higher educational degree, ideally with majors in Supply-Chain Management

  • Polish and English advanced verbal and written communication - mandatory 

  • Nice to have German A2 

  • Experience with ERP systems – preferred SAP environment.  

  • Advanced skills with MS Office and proficiency with Excel 

  • 4-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Production or Procurement
