JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Primary Function

  • Business retention, Value Expansion and provide level 1 support to improve customer experience, ensure the retention rate to achieve the revenue and get profitability

*Major Responsibilities

Maintain current customer relationship:

  • Provide 1st line service and support to maintain firm relationship with customers
  • Introduce Abbott Molecular assays, applications, and systems to both internal and external customers
  • Plan and conduct customer visiting to provide new product information and gather request from customers.
  • Manage customer relationship and thoroughly plan, prepare, and follow up customer visits (pre-call plan, post-call)

Deliver Sales Growth:

  • Execute country sales strategies to drive existing customer business and protect base business
  • Renewals of most of the assigned accounts (adhering to standard renewal procedures)     
  • Menu expansion (Utilization of existing products: new product launches)

Customer Management:

  • Replenish and control customer inventory collect and transmit VOC (Voice of Customer)
  • Contact distributor for certain business opportunity NPS Responsibility (Incl. Hot Sheets)
  • Ensure all company activities are conducted within the framework for the Abbott Code

Business Planning:

Conduct business reviews and monthly forecasting to drive maintain and update ASPEN database for the territory

*Education

  • BS or MS in scientific or medical related field

*Background

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize based on business need
  • Demonstrated strong attention to details and communication skills (writing/verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and adapt to a variety of projects/business circumstances
  • Command of spoken and written English are required
  • Proficient in MS office applications
