What this role is all about

As a Senior Legal Associate at Infobip, you will play a key role in supporting our business by ensuring legal compliance, managing contracts, and driving strategic initiatives. You will join a collaborative legal team dedicated to enabling Infobip’s global growth while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and risk management. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, guide the business on evolving regulations, and contribute to new policies and process improvements. You'll be empowered to work on regional projects, mentor others, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver results that help move Infobip forward.

What you’ll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements with some supervision.

• Manage specific legal initiatives and contribute to key project deliverables.
• Oversee and support regional legal matters as directed by the Line Manager.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations, advising on compliance needs.
• Develop, improve, and implement new legal policies and procedures.
• Mentor and support Legal Associates in their professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and mission-driven tasks.

What makes you a strong fit

• 3+ years’ experience practicing law, with proven expertise in contract review and negotiation.
• Solid understanding of commercial, corporate, and regulatory legal matters.
• Experience managing legal projects and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Skilled at interpreting and advising on complex legal and compliance requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt to changing regulations and business priorities.
• Demonstrated initiative in developing and implementing legal policies and process improvements.

Nice-to-have qualifications

• Prior experience in the technology, telecommunications, or SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with data privacy and international regulatory frameworks.
• Experience handling legal matters across multiple countries or regions.
• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
