As a Project Coordinator, you will support project managers the warranty team and cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of small to medium-sized projects. This role ensures effective documentation, customer support, reporting, and communication across departments such as Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, collaborative, effective communicators, and eager to build a career in project management or warranty and service.

                                                                                                           

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:

Project Support & Execution

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the sourcing and maintenance of Outside Service Providers, who will be responsible for supporting vehicle repairs for Oshkosh customers.
  • Support the onboarding process for new Outside Service Providers, which includes negotiating and reviewing contracts, working with cross-functional teams, processing paperwork, tracking onboarding progress and reporting out to leadership as needed.
  • Gain an understanding of and support claim processing and the coordination of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) as needed.
  • Present slideshows to prospective Service Providers and assist with follow up questions and concerns during the onboarding process.

Team Coordination & Communication

  • Schedule, organize, and document onboarding progress for prospective outside service providers.
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Prepare presentations and project updates and present progress reports to stakeholders as needed.

Process Improvement & Tools

  • Use and maintain project management tools such as MS Project, MS Excel, Jira, or SharePoint.
  • Support process standardization through the creation of templates and documentation tools.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance project workflow and operational efficiency.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or six (6) or more years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or working toward certification.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

Pay Range:

$51,400.00 - $79,200.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
