The Opportunity

Be a part of a global, diverse, and dynamic team leading the charge in the energy transition.


Within our Supply Chain organization, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable international transport execution for projects across Spain, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Türkiye, and other regions.

You will work closely with a specialized team covering heavy lift, project cargo, and general cargo movements. This position blends operational planning with problem‑solving in a fast‑paced project environment where flexibility is essential and where your decisions will directly impact project success.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Plan and coordinate international transport operations for all cargo types, including heavy lift and project cargo.

  • Select, negotiate, and manage approved transport and logistics service providers.

  • Prepare and oversee transport, import/export and special permits documentation.

  • Track shipments daily, re-route when needed, and solve issues quickly to avoid project delays.

  • Optimize routes, costs and timelines without compromising project planning.

  • Coordinate deliveries from any global origin to project locations.

  • Collaborate with customs brokers and forwarders to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Support process improvements and maintain accurate logistics data.

Your background

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in international transport and project cargo.

  • Proven experience handling heavy lift, oversized loads, and multimodal transports.

  • Solid knowledge of customs processes and international trade requirements.

  • Professional English (C1).

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities with logistics suppliers.

  • Ability to work in changing environments, multicultural teams, and under time pressure with a problem-solving mindset.
