Amentum is currently seeking a Site Supervisor in support of the FRCASE Depot facility in Cherry Point, North Carolina.

Job Description

Primary duties include but are not limited to

• Manages and coordinates production and maintenance activities involving 15+ personnel.

• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow, assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.

• Prepares composite reports from individual reports and subordinates.

• Reviews work orders, tracks labor and material requests for accuracy.

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations, direct liaison to the US Government.

• Directly responsible for ensuring that all Amentum and government safety policies and procedures are followed.

• Responsible for maintaining the workforce.

• Reports directly to the FRCASE Program and Deputy Program Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

• Minimum of 5 years’ production or related field with at least 4 years in a supervisory role for maintenance or mechanical workers.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety, operation and maintenance instructions, processes, and procedures.

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels before management, customers, and employees.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as man-hour standards and percentages.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Must be able to read, write and understand English.

• Must be able to make sound decisions and strong interpersonal skills while representing the company in a positive manner.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Must be able to pass government and company background checks to obtain a common access card.

Work environment is typical office and industrial facility.
