We are seeking Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) to expand access to behavioral health care in your area. If you're passionate about making a difference in mental health and committed to providing exceptional care, we would love to discuss this opportunity with you!

Our Commitment to You:

  • We extend a warm invitation to new PMHNP graduates. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional mental health care while fostering the professional development of our providers. During the first 8 weeks, we provide a more robust training and experiential learning environment, where there is additional support.

  • We are committed to providing competitive compensation for our clinicians, including a competitive base salary and a quarterly productivity-based bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package tailored specifically for clinicians, with a portion of healthcare premiums covered.

  • At Mindful Care, we strive to minimize administrative tasks and offer schedule flexibility, allowing clinicians to focus on providing excellent care while maintaining control over their schedule. We handle patient scheduling, prior authorizations, case management, billing, and other support functions.

  • Our efficiency enables us to offer better reimbursement rates and lower practice expenses, allowing us to pass on economic benefits to our clinicians. Additionally, we streamline the intake process by having clinical specialists gather patient information and conduct assessments, allowing clinicians to spend more quality time with their patients.

  • We welcome new graduates and provide a collaborator at no expense to supervise clinical work and sign off on accrued clinical hours. Our model emphasizes supportive therapy and non-stimulant or non-narcotic medication management for our patients.
