The Manager Reporting and Analytics is responsible for establishing the strategy and processes; to manage Day to Day reporting and Key Process Indicators (KPIs) in terms of reporting prospective, across multiple sites and
geographies.
Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)
• Work closely with Business leaders to ascertain KPI’s and reporting health of individual business units
• Oversee, review, and adhere to the Accuracy of reports and time lines.
• Assist in company-wide reporting in Excel/Power Bi and PPT’s
• Interpret complex business information and provide updates and information as needed by management and other internal/external customers
• Oversee Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
• Help other department to Improve Contact Center standard matrix and Contractual KPI’s by analyzing reports; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
• Implement / Monitor recommended actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; post implementation of proposed changes
• Manage team of Report Analysts/TL/Assistant Manager

Knowledge
• Qualification: Bachelor in any field.
• Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Reporting
• Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience as Manager and Above in reporting
• Contact center experience must for more than 5 years (either Captive or Third party)
• Sound Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Access, SQL, Excel -VBA, Power Bi (Very Sound Knowledge)
• Excellent mathematical skills; leadership skills
• Understanding of data privacy standards
