Job Responsibilities:

一、岗位基本信息

岗位名称: 客户质量高级工程师

所属部门:质量保证部

汇报关系: 直接上级岗位:项目与客户质量经理                          直接下级岗位: 无                        

二、任职资格

教育程度:本科及以上学历,良好的英语听说读写能力; 工科专业,机械、汽车类专业优先;

工作经验: 制造工程/产品开发/质量相关工作经验5年及以上

专业技能要求: 理解质量管理体系;熟悉制造工艺和过程控制知识;熟悉质量工具,特别是8D知识

能力要求:具备领导问题解决小组的能力;良好的展示技巧;具备与顾客沟通的能力;

其他特殊要求:能够进行监督,必须有良好的态度并能用专业方式和顾客讨论不同的质量问题;在顾客面前能代表公司良好的形象。如有相关工作经验或者某项技能特别优秀的,以上任职资格要求可适当放宽;

四、主要岗位职责

.问题跟踪和解决

1)参加快反会议反馈&监督责任部门快速响应客户端质量问题,并得到解决

2)跟踪客户端反馈的0km和售后问题,提交问题报告和客户沟通

.变更管理

1)参加CCB会议,确保产品/顾客方面的变更得到有效的执行

2)必要时,协调SREA/Alert/其他类型的顾客的变更的提交策划,协调所有进行中的变更的PV实验

协调内部PPAP资料的准备,包括样件提交和进行中的变 更(工程,过程,供应商)

与顾客沟通 质量评审时,与顾客共同展示质量状态

2)协调顾客来访/审核时的内部事务

4. 与最终顾客沟通

必要时,走访最终顾客,与最终顾客联系,了解顾客的问题 必要时,去经销商处与经销商沟通,已解决质量问题

5. 审核,纠正和授权从顾客出收回的故障件

客户抱怨信息技术确认,数据采集,预分析 客户质量问题分析追踪, 更新报告 协调现场质量问题处理

遵守与执行体系要求 负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作 工人应该:

(a) 遵照该法令法规的规定工作;

(b) 使用或佩戴公司要求的设备、防护装置或服装;
(c) 向上级报告所知的可能会危及自己或其他工人的任何设备或防护装置的缺失或缺陷;
(d)向上级报告任何违反该法令法规的地方,或任何他或她所知的危险。
