About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive growth within the UK buy-side trading market. This role focuses on delivering compliance and trading solutions to asset managers, hedge funds, and other buy-side institutions. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with UK-based buy-side clients, understanding their trading workflows, and positioning our solutions to meet regulatory and operational needs.

Our compliance and trading solutions empower buy-side firms to achieve transparency, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. From best execution monitoring to ESG reporting, our tools are designed to support the unique needs of UK buy-side institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting UK buy-side firms (asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds).
• Promote compliance and trading solutions tailored for buy-side workflows, including best execution and portfolio compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within buy-side institutions.
• Stay informed on UK regulatory requirements impacting buy-side trading, including MiFID II, MAR, ESG, and FCA guidelines.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet evolving buy-side needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and consultative selling.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in sales within the UK financial markets, specifically targeting buy-side clients.
• Deep understanding of buy-side trading workflows, portfolio management systems, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks including MiFID II, MAR, and FCA guidelines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with trading and compliance technology solutions for buy-side institutions.
