We are building a new global ISIT organization for our Robotics company and are creating a modern digital foundation to support our global sales, service and production of robots. To strengthen this journey, we are looking for an experienced SAP S4HANA Logistics Specialist with deep expertise in Procurement and the ability to also support key Sales processes.

You will be part of a dedicated Operations team supporting our two-tier ERP environment based on SAP S4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud. Ariba and GTS will also be part of our landscape. Your main focus will be future optimizing and supporting end to end Logistic processes in Public Cloud,  while also contributing to the Private Cloud rollout. There is a separate external team delivering the system set up, allowing you to focus on process excellence, governance and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders and play a key role in driving standardization, continuous improvement and innovation across regions.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and optimize Procurement and Logistics processes in SAP S4HANA Public Cloud
• Lead future configuration, testing and deployment activities for Logistic capabilities across Public Cloud release cycles
• Provide expert operational support including incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Ensure governance, clean core principles and compliance across the ERP landscape
• Collaborate with global teams and partners to secure stable, scalable and compliant solutions

This is a global role, covering Procurement, Logistics Execution, Inventory and interfaces with Sales Operations. You will work with SAP S4HANA Public Cloud, SAP S4HANA Private Cloud, SAP BTP extensions and integrations with Finance, Planning, and Warehouse Management. You will support a multi country cloud deployment, balancing global standardization with regional requirements while maintaining clean core principles.

The position can be based in India, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Portugal, Mexico or the United States, following a hybrid working model, depending on country.

Your background:

• 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP MM with additional SD knowledge
• Strong understanding of end to end Procurement, Logistics and basic Sales processes, Skills in Ariba solutions.
• Hands on experience with SAP S4HANA Public Cloud configuration and its release cycles
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Data, Engineering, Logistic or related fields
• Experience working in global, multi country organizations
• Skilled in troubleshooting, configuration analysis and testing cycles
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders

Additional experience such as EWM, SAP BTP, APIs, supplier network integrations, Fiori apps, test automation, or SAP certifications is considered beneficial. Awareness of compliance topics including import and export control, supplier risk and contract compliance is also valuable.
