About the Role

负责在银行保险渠道组织、推动、产品定位准入和营销活动，管理银保渠道销售团队，促进银保业务发展工作，达成银保渠道KPI目标和综合费用管理目标

在总公司指引下，根据分公司中长期发展策略和规划，落实具体实施方案和规划。  （50%）

1.根据分公司制定整体发展战略和渠道发展策略，落实并完善渠道建设中长期规划和发展策略。

2.制定和完善渠道的业务推动建设计划和目标；组织制定和分解各渠道战略规划、年度发展计划。领导分公司银保团队，管理好销售活动以达到销售目标和经营指标。

3.协助监督控制银保渠道整体运营成本。

业务推动及销售管理（30%）

1.制定有效的银保业务薪酬管理制度，促进业务健康发展，确保其合规性。

2.对银行资源进行有效的分配管理，平衡各渠道的业务发展，对银保销售团队开展业务指导，并进行有效的活动量管理，及时各类处理业务问题。

3.策划、组织并落实各类业务推动活动，与银行建立有助业务提升的共享平台。

销售人员管理和职业发展（20%）

1.营造良好团队氛围，增加凝聚力，提高人员稳定性。

2.制定销售队伍的激励和培训计划，为业务人员提供成长发展机会。

3.参与银保销售招聘审核，监督控制队伍指标并拟定针对性的训练提升方案
