Position Overview
As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and providing solutions related to their financial accounts. You will interact with customers through phone, email, and chat to deliver exceptional service, ensure timely resolution of concerns, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional and courteous service to customers, addressing inquiries related to financial products and services.
Assist customers in resolving issues such as account discrepancies, billing concerns, and transaction inquiries.
Use problem-solving skills to offer appropriate solutions that align with the company’s financial policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in internal systems.
Adhere to quality standards and performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
No extended time off or vacation within the first 6 months of employment
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable using computer systems and customer management software.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience with renewals or subscription services is an asset.

Hourly wage: $17.20/hour for English only and $21.00/hour for Bilingual (French/English)
