Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves taking charge of the entire process of designing, constructing, and setting up software applications. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the application meets the intended requirements and functions smoothly. The engineer acts as the main liaison, overseeing the progress and addressing any challenges that arise during development. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), React.js.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Python.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and deploying applications in various environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
