To work with local users from different functional areas such as Accounting, Finance, Actuarial, Operations and Commercial Auto, to understand the requirements of the users and translate them to the IT team for developments, changes and updates of the systems, as well as to analyze and adjust the requirements with the external clients for the Auto Business. Be a support among international IT staff, to support the operational and business needs of the country.

Main responsibilities of this job

Responsible for documenting processes. · Responsible for the development of business requirements. · Responsible for facilitating interventions that favor the transfer of information and clarification of doubts. · Responsible for consolidating/combining ideas, problems and observations into a single concept or presentation. · Participate in multiple projects simultaneously. · Conduct monitoring meetings for assigned projects. · Anticipate problems, developing contingency plans and suggesting solutions for project problems. · Analyze Business Requirements, Spec Pack’s, as well as define and elaborate business requirements.
