Position Summary You will lead a high-performing team to grow our business in Türkiye and deliver value for patients and communities. You will build strong cross-functional partnerships across commercial, medical, and operations teams. We value leaders who are strategic, people-focused, and accountable. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Set and deliver commercial strategy and annual business plans that drive sustainable growth and patient access. - Lead, coach and develop the local team to build capability and achieve performance goals. - Strengthen partnerships with healthcare stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and ensure compliance. - Collaborate with medical, policy and operations teams to launch initiatives and optimize market performance. - Manage budgets, forecasts and performance metrics to ensure accountability and efficient use of resources. - Ensure adherence to legal, ethical and company standards across all activities. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - University degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial leadership within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. - Proven track record of delivering business results and growing market share. - Strong people leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English. - Ability to travel within Türkiye as needed. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Advanced degree (MBA or similar) or additional professional qualification. - Experience with product launches and life-cycle management. - Strong stakeholder engagement experience across public and private healthcare systems. - Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility. - Familiarity with local regulatory and compliance frameworks. - Experience working in matrixed or multinational organizations. Working arrangement This role is hybrid with a regular presence in the local office in Türkiye and flexibility for remote work as required. Travel within Türkiye will be required.
