About the Role
- The Digital Senior Analyst will work collaboratively with others to help build out Belong’s insights and understanding of customer behaviour through digital channels, aligning these insights to non-digital behaviour.
- As a Digital Senior Analyst, you thrive on solving complex problems using data. Your curiosity, trend analyses and actionable insights enable consistent and data informed decision making by your stakeholders. You’ll be an expert in understanding Belong’s digital data landscape and how customers (and non-customers) interact with our web/app and have a strong natural desire to share this information and find actionable insights.

What You’ll Do
- Build analytical solutions by manipulating large data sets and integrating diverse data sources
- Perform in-depth quantitative analysis, articulate complex data patterns, insights and propose actionable insights to stakeholders in meaningful business language
- Derive insights from multiple data sets to test hypotheses and develop recommendations for actions
- Provide insights into Belong’s customers and their behaviour, both within the digital channels and how that is linked to their offline behaviour
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation to understand their business problems, share insights and help to create opportunities for their business
- Use innovative and creative approaches to enable business decisions to be made through the use of data analysis which helps to translate complex business problems
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, data extracts and develop reproducible analytical approaches to meet business requirements
- Significantly drive continuous improvement, transformation and efficiency into current reporting and analytics processes, including driving self-serve across the organisation
- Recognised as an expert within the Data and Analytics areas, guides and coaches' others to assist in building capability across the team and increase scalability, especially sharing Adobe Analytics knowledge
