Responsible for providing direct service to Recruiters to complete New Hires and Internal Movements following the process designated to each type of transaction. Also manages some different activities related to HR professionals, employees, applicants, and hiring Managers.

The Analyst HRSSC Talent Acquisition main tasks/ responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Hires for Americas & LATAM:

  • Screening process completion. General HR, managers and candidate’s questions when looking for procedures. 

  • Complete Background and Drug test reports for candidates, following the Johnson Controls policies and procedures for each Country/State to comply with their local laws.

  • Internal Movement and International Transfer process completion for Americas & LATAM employees. General HR questions when employees are looking for procedures.  

  • Creation of Employment Contracts for HR to distribute (Mexico only). 

  • Assistance to Managers and HR in running customer Background reports for current employees. (Only for US)

  • Archiving EE Documents in ESS (i.e. Offer Letters, Sign on Bonus payback, Relocation Pay back agreement, etc.)

  • Accomplish the KPIs for cases. 

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field required

-Desirable working experience in a HR Service Center or HR operations  

-High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English. Other languages such as French, Portuguese are desirable.  

-Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.  

-Ability to work in multiple activities and systems successfully and simultaneously. 

-Ability to understand and develop successfully partnerships with customers.  

-High Customer Service orientation. 

-Desirable experience in core HR operations processes.  

-Desirable experience in Workday / Service Now
