What this job involves:

As a Project Coordinator at JLL, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within a team environment, providing effective daily support and administration of real estate projects while directly executing the financial and administrative aspects of projects throughout the geographic reach of the Client account. Beyond regional project manager support responsibilities, you'll also support the entire project management platform through various activities including knowledge management and training, onboarding new employees, ad-hoc and static reporting internal to the project management team, process improvement, team document and template management, vendor aging management, and team communications. This role serves as a single point of contact for systems, training, process, general questions, and issue resolution for assigned regions.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage project accounting including use of accounting systems and various databases
  • Handle entry and maintenance of budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and invoices
  • Verify general contractors' pay applications for completeness and adherence to contract terms and conditions
  • Provide financial reports and project status information as needed while supporting projects from initiation to closeout
  • Create and maintain training materials while maintaining and developing project management field manual
  • Conduct vendor maintenance in compliance with client's policies and manage vendor aging
  • Provide systems support including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Handle tenant improvement allowance package submission and tracking
  • Conduct metric-based reporting internal to Project Management Team while identifying process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Project administration/Training/Accounts Payable
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio
  • Accounts payable and vendor management experience
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little direction
  • Team player with desire to help others

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or construction-related field
  • Experience in construction management or real estate
  • Understanding of project management processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions
  • Experience with financial reporting and budget management
  • Understanding of tenant improvement processes
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and vendor management protocols
  • Experience with training development and knowledge management

Estimated compensation for this position:

60,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
