Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the Company's franchising and compliance responsibilities. Reviews, coordinates and interprets legal documents, such as franchises and any other franchise-related agreements and contracts entered into, for the purpose of compliance and conformity to Company standards and requirements. Supports implementation of activities designed to build relationships with elected officials and state agencies. Manages specific, structured projects. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Communicates, engages, and provides customers with education on guidelines for courtesy products and services
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to assist with escalations or concerns. 
  • Works cross functionally to ensure that complex issues are resolved properly and timely. Ensures proper follow up with customer and others as needed.
  • Prepare, review, and send out LFA Notices to relevant local government agencies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Acts as a company liaison to LFA’s for information and escalated issues.
  • Works cross functionally with Marketing department for scheduling Public Service Announcements (PSAs) across the Florida Region.
  • Work with agency/creative partners for final creative products to support Community Events.
  • Maintain the budget for the Government Affairs/Community Impact Team.
  • Process financials for the department (P-Card, PO, check requests, vendor set up and maintenance, tracking monthly expenses).
  • Contributes to development of Internet Essentials and employee engagement and Lift Zone activation under our Project UP community impact umbrella.
  • May assist in representing the company at community events, staff tables, and educate stakeholders on company initiatives.
  • Oversees additional duties related to community affairs.
  • Create and maintain tracking of all community impact activities (i.e., Team UP)
  • Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Comfortable managing through ambiguity and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as needed.      
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
