Event Executive Team - We provide exceptional support to show teams, acting as the bridge between departments with a proactive, problem-solving approach. Committed to the highest standards, we build strong relationships and ensure seamless event execution.

About the Role

We are seeking an organised, supportive, and proactive individual to join our Event Executive team. As an Event Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless event execution by coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will require multitasking and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that deadlines are met and processes are followed with attention to detail.

From our Düsseldorf location, we plan and design our leading and world trade fairs, and are looking for you as an Event Operations Executive (m/f/d) (full-time) as soon as possible.

What to expect:

  • Support in the planning, organization, and execution of our trade fairs in close cooperation with internal teams and external partner

  • Coordination and support of exhibitors, sponsors, and partners

  • Assisting in budget planning and control, including cost monitoring and adherence to the set budget

  • Managing logistics, including setup and dismantling, transport, and storage of materials

  • Ensuring a smooth operation of the event, including on-site problem management

What you bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in event planning and operations, ideally in trade fairs or large events.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Fluency in German and English is required both written & spoken.
