Position summary:

Responsible for daily cashier and accounts receivables (AR) responsibilities, including bank account maintenance, cashflow management and other treasury activities, support in AR cash receipts, order processing and other relevant closing/reporting tasks, assist in both internal & external audit.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

• Liaison with various banks for bank account maintenance, signatories’ update, credit application and audit confirmation

• Cash receipt management, including bank notes receipt, reconciliation and periodical count

• Partner with outsourced share service center and support AR day-to-day tasks including cash receipt booking, customer deposit reconciliation, sales order and shipment release controls etc

• Support preparation of customer deposit and AR aging monthly analysis & summary reports 

• Responsible for statutory accounting works and statutory finance report

• Assist in both internal & external auditing

• Ad hoc tasks assigned by manager

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Accounting/Finance or relevant major

• At least 2 year hands-on working experience in accounting, AR or Cashier related experience is preferred

• Statutory accounting, finance reporting and audit experience is a plus

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Quick-witted with clear logic

• Excel skills are essential

• Good Interpersonal and communications skill

• Fluent in reading and written English

• Good team-player
