The person reviews and processes all NDAs, NRLs for incoming Transactional Underwriting submissions.

This position requires the ability to handle responsibilities such as review and negotiate Non-Reliance Letters, Hold Harmless Letters, and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Prepare and negotiate due diligence deal expense agreements. Conduct research as requested and prepare memorandum of results.

  • Project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities​
