MISSION :
About the Project
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to support a strategic study focused on optimizing temporary staff manning and improving operational processes. The intern will work closely with the project lead to analyze existing work processes and flows, evaluate existing staffing models, identify improvement opportunities, and support the development of recommendations that enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in operations, supply chain, workforce planning, industrial engineering, business analytics, or process improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Temporary Staff Manning Analysis
Process Improvement
Data Analysis & Reporting
Stakeholder Collaboration
Deliverables: At the end of the internship, the intern is expected to deliver:
Current-state assessment of temporary staffing processes. Workforce demand and utilization analysis. Process maps highlighting improvement opportunities. Recommendations for staffing optimization and process improvements. Final presentation and executive summary of findings.WHAT YOU WILL GAIN :

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources
A curious, data-driven individual who enjoys solving operational challenges, working with stakeholders, and transforming data into actionable recommendations. This role is well suited for someone aspiring to a career in operations, consulting, industrial engineering, workforce planning, or continuous improvement.
