Role Responsibilities:

• Work, often with alongside a team, on client projects
• Actively participate in project and client meetings
• Produce materials for business engagement meetings (e.g. PowerPoint decks)
• Support with creation of high-quality work products within expected timeframes
• Own key items for project delivery – including possible ownership of deliverables or work streams within a project
• Track and monitor key project issues, risks, actions, and dependencies
• Understand Alpha FMC and its services and actively assess ways to serve clients
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
• Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge
• Support with the development of one or two internal business management areas

 

Role Requirements (Skills, Experience and Qualifications):

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the delivery of consulting or change projects gained within a leading financial institution or consulting firm
• An understanding of market trends, drivers and outlook of the Asset and Wealth Management market
• First-class communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills – with both clients and colleagues
• Demonstrable proficiency in relationship development. This should include examples of client account support/management and preferably supporting business development
• Ability to mentor and coach junior team members
• Focus on team achievement, not just individual goals
• Superb interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and lead
• Strong academic background including a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a leading institution
• Business language fluency in English
• Willingness to travel
