Job Description:

Experienced and motivated Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with 10+ years of functional and technical experience in SAP Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and related modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementations and migrations to SAP S/4HANA, deep functional knowledge of financial processes, and the ability to interface with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) implementations, migrations, and support projects.
• Conduct business process analysis and align SAP S/4HANA capabilities with financial process requirements.
• Design and configure core finance modules including General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Bank Accounting (FI-BL), Controlling (CO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, sales, procurement, and technical teams.
• Drive workshops, solution design, gap analysis, and blueprinting.
• Provide guidance on data migration, testing, user training, and cutover planning.
• Stay current with the latest SAP S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Treasury modules.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience, including at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Deep understanding of financial business processes and best practices.
• Strong hands-on configuration skills in SAP FI/CO.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA innovations: Universal Journal, Fiori apps for finance, Business Partner integration, etc.
• Experience in financial reporting tools such as SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Group Reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• ·  SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance.
• ·  Experience and exposure with Central Finance (cFIN), Treasury, or Group Reporting.
• ·  Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and HR modules.

·  Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project environments
