About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
At Salesforce, our Product Marketers are storytellers: simplifying complex concepts, crafting stories that are human and easy to relate to, and highlighting customer success. We develop product messaging and positioning, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Our success is defined by our ability to deliver relevant content that creates trials, sales pipeline, and ultimately, new customers.
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to bring our Low-Code Development Platform messaging and positioning to life. This role sits at the intersection of AI, app development, and DevOps. You will be the architect of the narrative for how developers build with modern ALM practices, "vibe coding," and developer tools to create custom AI apps.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this is an individual contributor role that allows you to exercise your strategic vision, storytelling skills, and technical expertise. You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team to deliver a unified message that accelerates adoption and revenue growth.
Messaging & Positioning: Partner with Product Management to distill key functionality into core product positioning and messaging for the Developer Services portfolio (including Sandboxes, DevOps Center, Agentforce Vibe, and custom AI app dev).
Content Creation: Create and maintain high-impact marketing assets, including succinct pitch decks, technical white papers, website copy, use case libraries, and sales plays and enablement materials.
Launch Execution: Drive the GTM strategy for new releases and features, translating technical roadmaps into exciting market moments, blog posts, and launch campaigns.
Storytelling & Demos: Translate complex technical capabilities (like ALM, DevOps, and Vibe coding) into compelling narratives for non-technical buyers and deep-dive technical content for developers. Partner with sales engineers and technical PMMs to create high-quality demo assets.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead and align cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Creative) without direct reporting authority to ensure the execution of marketing initiatives.
Market Intelligence: Keep current with AI, app development, and DevOps market trends. Conduct competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and differentiate our offerings.
Event Support: Support the development of keynote presentations and breakout sessions for major global events (e.g., Dreamforce, TDX), showcasing the vision and value of the Developer Services portfolio.
Customer Advocacy: Engage with customers to gather insights, understand pain points, and collaborate with them to develop integrated Customer Success stories.
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, or a related field, preferably in the enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or AI space.
Strategic Narrative & Synthesis: Proven ability to synthesize complex technical and market information into a clear, compelling, and executive-level narrative.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps concepts, or low-code/pro-code environments. You don't need to be a developer, but you need to speak their language.
Content Engine: Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including positioning documents, slide decks, and sales enablement content.
Communication: Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
Project Management: Consistent track record in defining/driving project execution with minimal guidance and performing well in a fast-paced environment.
Salesforce Ecosystem: Familiarity with the Salesforce platform or Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
Demo Skills: Experience scripting, recording, and editing product demos (using tools like Camtasia, Premier, or similar) to bring use cases to life.
Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated success in leading projects across matrixed organizations.
Creative Eye: Ability to guide the creative process for visuals and video content.
Business Acumen: Understanding of the process of selling complex B2B software to technical decision-makers.
