We need a TikTok Shop Operations Specialist to manage inventory forecasting and ensure efficient stock management for our clients, optimizing their performance on the TikTok Shop marketplace.

 This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

  • Experience working with TikTok Shop or other major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or eBay.

What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?

First 30 Days:

In the first 30 days, success involves getting fully familiar with the TikTok Shop platform, the clients' product portfolios, and Pattern’s internal processes. You should establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and clients while reviewing historical sales data and current inventory management systems. By the end of this period, you’ll have a solid understanding of client needs and initial inventory trends.

First 60 Days:

By the 60-day mark, you should be actively managing the forecasting and inventory for your assigned clients, making adjustments based on sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline operations. You’ll begin implementing improvements to forecasting accuracy and start optimizing stock levels to ensure minimal stockouts or overstock. Positive feedback from clients and timely execution of operational tasks will demonstrate progress.

First 90 Days:

At 90 days, you’ll have fully taken ownership of the inventory and forecasting processes for all clients in your book of business. You will have delivered measurable improvements in forecasting accuracy, stock management, and operational efficiency. Your efforts should result in enhanced client satisfaction, visible reductions in inventory-related issues, and a clear roadmap for continuous improvement in inventory processes.

What is the team like?

You will work with the other TikTok Shop Account Managers and be supervised by the Head of Accounts for TikTok Shop. You will also be mentored by the VP of New and Emerging Channels and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
