Position: Senior Software Engineer

Job Location: 1375 Crossman Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089

Duties: Develops end-to-end software solutions in a highly scalable, cloud-based, service-oriented environment. Follows Agile Development Methodology along with Test Driven Development approach. Works with product team to identify and analyze requirements and break down into executable tasks. Designs, and builds technology-driven software products and experiences using Java, Node.js and React programming languages. Implements automation into the stages of software application development through Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (Cl/CD) pipelines that enables incremental software code changes to be delivered to production, quickly and reliably. Integrates with multiple payment partners such as Payoneer, Hyperwallet, Pingpong and JP Morgan using Microservice architecture to enhance payments web experience for 3rd party sellers for Walmart marketplace. Works with multiple stakeholders to finalize requirements, review validation plans, test artifacts and deliverables readiness for production deployment.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 5 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment; OR Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 2 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment.

Skills required: Experience designing and implementing REST API web services using Java. Experience designing and implementing GraphQL API using Java. Experience coding in object-oriented programming language including Python, Java, JavaScript and ReactJS. Experience ensuring code quality with code review and code refactoring. Experience with discussion, requirement gathering and finalization with business team. Experience using various IDE including Visual Studio Code and Intellij. Experience with version controlling on code using Git. Experience designing and implementing Microservice and Client Server Architecture. Experience implementing Pub Sub mechanism to schedule Cron jobs using Java. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $184,827/year to $234,000/year.  Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
