Position Summary
As an SDR focused on inbound lead conversion, you will respond to and qualify marketing-generated leads, inbound demo requests, event follow-ups, website inquiries, and other high-intent prospects. You’ll quickly assess fit, understand business needs, create a positive first impression of Yes Energy, and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and Account Managers.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Account Executives, Account Mangers, and the BDR team to ensure every qualified inbound lead receives timely, thoughtful, and professional follow-up. Along the way, you’ll build foundational sales skills, learn the power markets, gain exposure to value-based selling, and develop the experience needed to progress into a BDR role focused on outbound prospecting, account development, and pipeline generation.
