The Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of GBS Talent Acquisition team and is acting as recruitment and process expert, being in charge of process excellence, continuous improvement initiatives and end to end recruiting for integrated functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle of recruitment processes (job posting, proactive search, filtering candidates, conducting interviews, setting up meetings, gathering feedback, checking references, keeping the database up to date, keeping candidates informed at all stages of the process, preparing job offers)

  • Recruiting talents at entry to senior levels within the company

  • Sourcing new candidates with the use of traditional and creative channels including direct search

  • Direct cooperation with Hiring Managers to maximize recruitment efforts and develop sourcing strategies

  • Responsibility for creating and keeping process documentation up to date

  • In charge of reporting as expected by the business

  • Putting forward ideas and coordinating projects aimed at attracting the best talent also through employer branding and various hiring initiatives

  • Initiating and managing employer branding activities (internal and external)

  • Participating in various internal HR projects

  • Collect and process documents related to talent acquisition

  • Support other team members in the training organization process

  • Support other team members in processes related to compensation and benefits

  • Support with other daily activities in the field of human resources

  • Comply with legal regulations and internal procedures and instructions

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment in SSC/BPO

  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes

  • In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods

  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office (in particular: Excel, Word, Power Point)

  • Practical knowledge of recruitment processes
