As part of our 2025 10-week internship program, Capital Group warmly invite for university undergraduates to apply for an internship opportunity within Europe-Asia Client Group (EACG)! This will be a 10-week internship between 12 May to 18 July 2025.

The Capital Group’s Europe-Asia Client Group focuses on delivering superior investment products and client experience to help meet the goals of our clients: Institutional investors (governments, corporations, retirement funds) and Individual investors (via financial intermediaries such as retail banks, private banks, insurers).

Asset Class Services
Asset Class Services is Capital Group's 'product' team, responsible for the commercialization of our product strategy, i.e., making sure that we are offering the right investment services to our clients in the right geographies, right vehicles, and that they are properly represented.  The team partners primarily with our Investment Group regarding portfolio management and client needs, our Sales team regarding distribution and our Marketing team regarding investment insights. The team includes Investment Directors who represent our products to the marketplace, and Investment Product Services associates who develop content and respond to queries on the product, our investment insights, competitors and financial markets.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
