The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) who is motivated by both personal wealth and building something bigger. • Win high-value deals – lead sales of £150k–£1m+ multi-year programmes across consulting, SaaS, and managed services.
• Grow partnerships – develop collaborative alliances with insurers, brokers, FM firms, and networks that multiply opportunities.
• Engage senior management – work with client leadership teams to understand needs and shape solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Build a business – play a direct role in scaling Ark’s sales engine, contributing ideas, best practices, and energy to help the team hit ambitious growth goals.
• Achieve together – collaborate with marketing, customer success, and delivery teams to make sure deals turn into long-term client success.
