- Lead one of the agency distribution teams to manage, promote, and drive all sales and servicing aspects of MPF business to achieve assigned personal and team’s targets.
- This role will be pivotal in enhancing the coordination and support to the agency force, particularly in onboarding, nurturing and developing more new or non-MPF agencies.
- Additionally, the role involves assisting the Head of Agency Distribution to develop a team with a strong spirit and focus on providing a streamlined, one-stop solution and comprehensive account management services to enhance agency satisfaction. The Senior Manager/Associate Director will also be responsible for driving a strategic shift from purely incentive-driven sales to a more holistic approach that incorporates motivational strategies, ultimately transforming product-selling into a broader retirement planning solution approach.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin a must)
- Strong PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Knowledge
- Knowledge of the pension market, products, distribution channels and clients
- Extensive agency sales experience
- Knowledge of MPF regulation
Qualifications / Compétences (titre)
- University Degree, Major in Marketing or Finance / Business Admin preferred
- At least 10 years relevant experience with minimum 5 years in managerial role
Responsibilities / Responsabilités (titre)
- Lead one of the agency distribution teams to promote and deliver the Wealth & Pensions MPF product; and to foster a high-performing, agency/ customer-focused team to achieve personal and team’s target
- Strengthen relationships with key agency partners, and to provide streamlined, one-stop solutions with whole-account management mentality, ensuring higher agency satisfaction
- Expand the distribution channel by increasing productivity and # of licensed productive agents
- Assist to design and implement sales & marketing strategies into contest/campaign or challenge with Marketing and Agency Development as well as the subsequent monitoring and status update/report
- Perform on-going review and refinement on distribution model to ensure its effectiveness
- Make recommendation on product/services development or enhancement to ensure the competitiveness of Sun Life’s products in the market
- Empower the team’s knowledge and skills through appropriate training and guidance
- Handle the ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
