Our Offerings team based in Athens is looking for an Associate Manager who will work close to Global Offering Managers, Sales and R&D to innovate existing offerings and develop new ML based services to be possibly leveraged at global level.

She/he plays a fundamental role in supporting business growth by analyzing different/ new datasets, allowing the company to develop new offerings which match client’s real needs and to accelerate Global Offering team’s time to market.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Management of offering innovation, from customer needs analysis to business case definition and approval steps management
• Maintaining the quality and market relevance of the offering by managing its lifecycle
• Involvement of production, innovation, and development functions for the production of offering enhancements
• Management of relationships with Global Offering functions for strategy alignment
• Alignment with other company functions (Analytics and PMR) for the development of offering synergies
• Support in defining product communication guidelines in collaboration with Sales and Marketing & Communication
• Coordination with Client Services and Sales teams and all necessary functions based on business needs
• Ensuring customer engagement, communication, and relationship management
• Thorough understanding of product features and benefits for clients.
• Expand the database of suppliers through targeted collaborations
• Support the team in commercial activities / customer caring with a specific focus on data & insights
• Business development of targeted offerings
• Identifying growth opportunities and strategic development

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or PhD in Quantitative Analysis, Economics, Statistics (STEM) or relevant field
• 3-years relevant data analytics experience in Corporate or Consulting companies
• Pharmaceutical experience/knowledge will be considered a plus
• Requested programming skills (e.g. R, Python, SAS)
• Communication skills and commercial attitude
• Fluent in Greek and English (speaking and writing)
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and client
