What You Will Do:

·         Responsible for the day-to-day support of New Hire Experience training offerings globally

·         Coordinate training sessions and associated logistics for local/regional onsite trainings, as well as virtual trainings

·         Schedule and support all stakeholders involved in training including participants, facilitators, panelists, and send communication/calendaring accordingly

·         Oversee training program enrollments and ensure accurate data collection within the LMS

·         Provide reports on training program progress to key stakeholders

·         Support Program Managers in the design and distribution of the New Hire Experience and other leadership development programs

·         Partner with Program Managers, Internal Customers, External Vendors, and Suppliers

·         Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Experience with MS Office 365 applications and various learning/collaboration tools and technologies (i.e., SharePoint).

·         Proficient in MS Excel (managing and analyzing data, using Excel functions, etc.).

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization.

·         Proven work ethic marked by initiative, attention to detail, and self-direction. Highly organized, fast and responsive follow-through.

·         Ability to switch between project deliverables and daily tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and meets deadlines

·         Strong ability to proactively find solutions and make critical decisions while following company procedures. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         2-4 years of relevant experience

·         PowerBI and/or Workday experience a plus
