Position Overview  
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents, specializing in renewals for emergency roadside memberships. You will play a key role in helping members renew their service, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Contact members to discuss their upcoming membership renewals for emergency roadside services.  
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to membership inquiries, renewals, and general support.  
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about services, benefits, and payment options.  
  • Assist members in renewing their memberships and answer questions related to their accounts.  
  • Resolve any concerns or issues members may have with professionalism and empathy.  
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions.  
  • Work towards individual and team targets to ensure timely renewals and high customer satisfaction.  


Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent.  
  • No extended time off or vacation within the first 6 months of employment
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.  
  • Comfortable using computer systems and customer management software.  
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.  
  • Experience with renewals or subscription services is an asset.
