As a ProCare Sales Representative, you will play a key role in growing our service business across the region. You’ll focus on selling ProCare service contracts, spare parts, accessories, and value-added service options helping our customers keep their systems running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Service Commercial and Technical Service Team to combine your technical background with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring every service offer fits the customer’s needs and supports long-term business growth.

What you will do

  • Increase service revenue by identifying and converting new opportunities for ProCare service contracts, spare parts, preventative maintenance and extended warranty packages.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, especially with biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Technical Service, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver the best customer solutions.

  • Manage the full sales process, from opportunity identification and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.

  • Promote service upgrades and preventive maintenance programs to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure proposal accuracy and participate in tender processes while maintaining compliance with ProCare policies and pricing structures.

  • Improve service sales performance by tracking renewal timelines, monitoring warranty conversions, and closing opportunities on time.

  • Responsible for all service sales activities, primarily service contracts, in hospitals carrying the Stryker brand across Poland.

What you need

Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical or business field

  • Experience in technical or service sales

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships

  • Strong business sense and ability to explain how technical features bring customer and financial value

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach with a positive attitude

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70% across Poland

  • Proficiency in English and Polish

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical devices or capital equipment

Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.

Travel Percentage: 80%
