As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. Collaboration with various teams and managing project timelines are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to align with organizational goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and validating requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Effective communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- willing to work in B shift 12.30 to 10pm
