Finance Trainee (Accounting and Finance Rotation Program)

Job Responsibilities:

• Job rotations at the different roles of RTR, PTP and so on for about 6 to 12 months.
• Completed all assigned tasks and trainings with high quality.
• Identified process improvement opportunities and implementation where possible.
• Finance trainees need to be the top performer in each rotation position to be prepared for future finance leaders.
• Process documented and handover smoothly.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master (Finance/ Accounting/ Economy/ Management) graduated from 2023 to 2024.
• Good understanding of finance fundamentals.
• Fluency in English with clear and concise communication style.
• Highly self-motivated, deadline driven, result focused, stress managed and good team player.
• Strong career orientation for future career development.
• Finance certification is a plus. (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
