Job Description:

Supply Chain Analyst (Basic)

In this role, you will be responsible for the liaison between Supply Chain, Operations, and warehouse team and the activities related to the shipment of claims to the customers. This role is responsible for ensuring claims are dropped to warehouse, update if necessary, validate RMA (return material authorization) and item master data creation and maintenance. You will be required to work with different teams to resolve claim issues (Fraud and Customer Care departments).   As part of the strategics activities with the manufacturers, this position will need to create part numbers and generate Purchase Orders in JDE through the different Likewize entities.   

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Order entry (creating repair orders, auction orders)
• Order management/escalation/EDI re-drops (work with multiple teams to update address, cancel fraudulent claims, re-drop claims)
• Data Analysis (reviewing daily claims/orders not dropping, figuring out root cause and sending to appropriate team to solve)
• Returns and return exceptions (review RMA exceptions that come in and confirm RMA’s have been received)
• Maintain and create new part numbers in multiple systems.
• Track KPI (orders dropping to UPS and shipping within the SLA)

Supply Chain Analyst (Specialist)

In this role, you will be responsible for the liaison between Supply Chain, Operations, and warehouse team and the activities related to the processing and collection of devices. This role is responsible for ensuring data is collected properly, creating and distributing daily reporting, communicating with customers, and updating the vendor on any issues. You will be required to work with different teams to resolve processing issues (warehouse team and vendors). 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

• Collect and analyze data from grading diagnostic tools
• Verify data accuracy through comprehensive evaluations and validation processes
• Communicate device status to customers in a clear and timely manner
• Address customer inquiries regarding data collection and processing effectively
• Compile daily reports using information from various data sources for stakeholder review
• Upload data securely to the SFTP server for sharing with vendors
• Provide vendors with status updates on devices as required, ensuring transparency and collaboration
