We are seeking a talented and motivated senior manager to join our dynamic program team. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, proliferation, and adoption of strategic programs for internal customers. They are recognized as an expert of leading large, complex programs with broad impact to the company. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive change and proliferation of highly visible and cross functional programs and products across the company.

We work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that drive the company’s strategic goals and manage change effectively. 

What you will do:

  • Develop and drive multiple project plans focused on skill building & learning from conception and planning to implementation, ensuring clear objectives and success criteria aligned cross-functionally
  • Drive decision making, alignment, and communication with stakeholders with increasing and conflicting demands
  • Proactively identifies and resolves potential complications within the program in a collaborative fashion
  • Lead junior program managers by setting goals and providing appropriate level of guidance
  • Oversee schedule, budget, tasks using project management tools, concisely sharing the relevant details with stakeholders
  • Create functional strategy of programs and develop program roadmaps
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision making

  • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
  • Listening deeply and synthesizing the most critical issue at hand
  • Communicating complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view
  • Driving change at a large company
  • Extracting insights from multiple data sources to make informed decisions
  • Staying organized amidst a high volume of complex projects and stakeholders
  • Working towards outcomes, using a proactive “get things done” approach, pivoting quickly and thinking of creative solutions
  • Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years program management experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with a strong experience leading high visibility, high impact programs with a proven track record of success
  • Experience driving significant change initiatives at a large company   
  • Experience crafting clear KPIs and metrics

U.S. Salary Range:

$164,000.00 - $225,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
