Key Responsibilities
- Assist in integrating enterprise systems and platforms related to Data Protection, Microsoft Purview, and AI solutions
- Support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of integrations between cloud platforms, security tools, and business applications
- Assist with API integrations, data flows, and automation scripts where required
- Monitor and validate system integration performance and data accuracy
- Support initiatives related to data classification, data loss prevention (DLP), retention policies, and information governance
- Assist in reviewing and documenting data protection workflows and compliance processes
- Participate in testing and validation of Microsoft Purview features and configurations
- Help maintain proper documentation for governance and security controls
- Support AI-related proof of concepts (POCs), automation use cases, and workflow enhancements
- Assist in researching emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to enterprise operations and cybersecurity
- Work with teams to improve operational efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions
- Support preparation of dashboards, reports, and data analysis where applicable
- Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and user guides
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Operations
- Participate in project discussions, testing activities, and status updates
- Ensure proper tracking of tasks, issues, and implementation progress
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related fields
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies, system integration, or cybersecurity concepts
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g. PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript) is a plus
- Keen interest in Data Protection, AI, and enterprise technologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
